In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "77sx", "we", "us", "our" refers to 77sx and the operators of the website located at 77sx.org.
• "Platform" means the 77sx website, mobile interface, and all associated services including the casino, sportsbook, live dealer section, and account management tools.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 77sx Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account held by you on the 77sx Platform.
• "Funds" refers to real-money deposits made to your 77sx Account via supported payment methods.

77sx reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access the full range of 77sx services, you must register a personal account. The following rules govern registration and account management:

• One account per person. Each individual may hold only one active account on the 77sx Platform. Duplicate accounts, including accounts registered with the same device, phone number, payment method, or household address, will be identified and closed. Balances in duplicate accounts may be confiscated.
• Accurate information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. Any false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77sx login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 77sx will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Contact details. You must keep your registered mobile number and, if provided, email address up to date. 77sx communications, including OTP messages for withdrawals and security alerts, are sent to your registered contact details.
• Notification of compromise. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 77sx support immediately via live chat.

77sx supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 via JazzCash and Easypaisa. Minimum amounts for other methods vary and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposit currency: Pakistani Rupee (PKR) is the default account currency. Deposits made in foreign currency will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

• Processing times: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–4 business hours. Crypto withdrawals depend on network congestion.
• Disputed transactions: Any disputes regarding transactions must be raised with 77sx support within 30 days of the transaction date.

77sx reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

77sx offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and VIP rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds are separate from deposited real-money Funds and are used only after real-money Funds are exhausted, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• 77sx reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend wagering requirements, or cancel active bonus balances if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a technical error.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per user, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once via separate accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to any stake value and game restrictions specified in the relevant promotion.
• 77sx may modify, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice where operationally necessary.

All bets and wagers placed on the 77sx Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market, in addition to these general Terms. The following conditions govern gameplay:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 77sx will not reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of a documented technical fault affecting the outcome.
• In the event of a technical fault, 77sx reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• Live betting odds are subject to change in real time. 77sx does not guarantee the availability of specific odds at the time a bet is placed.
• Winnings from certified slot and table games are determined by independently audited random number generators. 77sx does not influence game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on 77sx. These limits are displayed within each game interface or market.
• Stakes placed using Bonus Funds may be subject to different maximum bet limits than real-money stakes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77sx Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Opening multiple accounts or assisting another person in opening an account for the purpose of circumventing any restriction or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or miscalculation in the Platform's systems. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Employing any automated system, bot, script, or software tool to interact with the Platform without the prior written consent of 77sx.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during registration or KYC processes.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, where 77sx has geographically restricted access, or where 77sx has flagged such access as high-risk.

All content on the 77sx Platform — including but not limited to the 77sx brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, imagery, software, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77sx or its licensed providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any portion of the Platform without prior written consent from 77sx.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use the 77sx name, logo, or branding in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by 77sx.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77sx and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including where such inability results from network outages, device failures, or third-party payment processor delays.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the 77sx Platform.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the Platform that contains an error.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 77sx's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 77sx does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on your own devices.

Your use of the 77sx Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how 77sx collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data.

By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to such processing, you must not register an account on 77sx.

77sx is committed to responsible gaming. All account holders have access to the following tools directly from the account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your 77sx account. Increases to limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Loss limits: Restrict the amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Session time limits: Receive an alert or automatic logout after a defined play session duration.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen notifications of your session duration and net win/loss position.
• Self-exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the 77sx Platform. Temporary exclusions range from 24 hours to 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum of 5 years.

You may request the closure of your 77sx account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon closure request:

• Any real-money balance remaining in your account will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
• Bonus Funds and free spins that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
• Account closure does not extinguish any outstanding obligations you owe to 77sx under these Terms.

77sx reserves the right to close any account with or without prior notice in cases of breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, or for regulatory compliance reasons. In such cases, balances may be held pending investigation and may be forfeited where unlawful activity is confirmed.

77sx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the contact details on file. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the 77sx Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 77sx Platform shall first be referred to 77sx customer support for resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process within a reasonable time, both parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before commencing any formal legal proceedings.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 77sx with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
